Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The grandiose rooms opening up onto a central courtyard were a unique touch, offering a pleasant atmosphere. The service was extremely helpful and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Location-wise, it was unbeatable for exploring La Candelaria, although a bit off at night. The dining experience in the wonderful old-fashioned dining room was excellent, providing freshly cooked à la carte options. However, the price might be a bit on the higher side considering the value offered.

My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The room was beautifully romantic with a view onto a central, roofed courtyard. The staff were absolutely wonderful and accommodating, always ready to help with recommendations and arranging taxis. The location was excellent for exploring the old historic part of the city, though it felt a bit off at night. The dining experience was more like a large bed and breakfast, but the fried fish was a tasty treat. Overall, a charming and quaint hotel with a few minor drawbacks.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The beautiful and romantic operatic-themed rooms with a gigantic bed and high ceilings, along with a stunning garden view, created such a magical ambiance. The service was top-notch, and they even packed us a sandwich for the early morning airport departure. I truly appreciated the impeccable service received throughout my stay. The location in the historic La Candelaria district was a perfect retreat from the city's noise, offering a peaceful oasis while still being close to all the main attractions. The dining experience may have been pretty ordinary, but the extensive menu made up for it with options ranging from freshly squeezed juices to American-style pancakes. Overall, a wonderful experience.
